Senior Project Manager

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Cardiff to assist with the appointment of a Senior Project Manager
, on a 12-month contract

Rate of Pay: £24.00 - £31.70 per hour

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to manage projects within a major ERP Programme. The role will lead implementation activity and manage key change initiatives across pre- and post-implementation phases. You will work closely with senior leadership, Programme Board members and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery within timescales and budget.

• Lead and motivate a project team delivering ERP projects
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and resources
• Ensure strong project governance and risk management
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and Programme Board
• Lead change management activities and support business readiness

• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths
• Relevant project/programme management qualification (desirable)
• Commitment to continuous professional development

• Experience leading ICT project teams
• Experience delivering business change programmes
• Experience managing, coaching and supporting others
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
• You should have right to work in U.K
