Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Cardiff. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include managing budgets, overseeing inventory control, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring workplace health and safety compliance. The role also involves fostering relationships with clients, suppliers, and the local community while creating strategies to enhance branch performance and profitability.
Qualifications- Experience in team management, leadership, and staff development
- Strong financial skills in budget management and sales forecasting
- Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain coordination, and operational logistics
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations
- Experience in the building or construction industry essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
