This role offers exposure to complex, multidisciplinary schemes requiring strategic thinking and strong appeal experience.
Responsibilities- Managing large-scale residential planning applications
- Promoting sites through the Local Development Plan process
- Drafting robust Planning Statements and appeal documentation
- Coordinating technical consultant teams
- MRTPI qualified (or extremely close)
- Strong experience in strategic residential projects
- Experience with employment-led or innovation schemes advantageous
- Strong project management and commercial awareness
