As Registered Manager, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the home remains safe, nurturing, and fully compliant with Ofsted and regulatory requirements. Acting as the safeguarding lead, you will champion emotionally attuned, trauma informed practice and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

You will inspire and develop your team, ensuring each child receives exceptional, personalised care that enables them to grow, build confidence and achieve their full potential.

• Manage budgets, staffing structures, rotas and resources
