A leading property management company in Cardiff is seeking a Building Services Manager for an 18-month FTC across two luxury sites. The successful candidate will manage a team, oversee budget management, and ensure compliance with quality processes and Health and Safety regulations. Excellent communication and people management skills are essential. The position offers a salary of up to £47,000 plus a 10% bonus and various benefits including enhanced annual leave and study support.
A Rent Smart Wales qualification is required within three months of employment.
