• Lead complex transformation programmes, develop innovative workforce solutions, and embed modern and efficient ways of working.
• Work closely with leaders, clinicians and partners, influence decision-making, guide improvements and help build a workforce strategy that is both forward-thinking and people-centred.
• Direct and motivate teams to ensure a high standard of professionalism, efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of workforce services.
• Develop plans to ensure that clinical and managerial leaders throughout the Division possess the skills, confidence and expertise to lead and manage their teams effectively to transition to the new Velindre Cancer Centre (nVCC).
• Develop the integrated workforce plans and implementation plans for the Trust Strategies based on NHS, Welsh Government and Trust workforce change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with national and Trust policies in relation to employment and equality law, policy and good practice.
• Provide innovative, pro-active advice and support to Velindre Cancer Service at a time of change and transition.

• Experience in workforce transformation or organisational change.
• Strong negotiation and engagement skills.
• Confidence to work collaboratively across teams.

• Ability to develop workforce solutions, embed modern ways of working.
