This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and enthusiastic Surveyor to work on strategic estates projects and the Council’s portfolio in the capital city.

This is a key role in the Strategic Estate’s Projects team delivering key projects and creating development opportunities within its own estate and by land assembly for the purposes of regeneration. There is also an opportunity to work on the effective and proactive management of both the operational property and the leased portfolio.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Chartered Surveyor ideally with good negotiations skills and experience in development and regeneration. Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant would also be desirable.
