The RoleAs Project Director, you will have full strategic and operational oversight of the entire project lifecycle, from mobilisation through to successful handover. You will lead a high‑calibre team, manage multi‑million‑pound budgets, drive programme delivery, ensure health & safety compliance, and foster strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Overall leadership and accountability for project delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Strategic planning, risk management, and commercial control
- Senior client and stakeholder engagement
- Team leadership and development
- Proven track record as a Project Director (or equivalent senior level) on major construction projects (£50m+)
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with large-scale schemes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Chartered status, APM, CIOB)
