Site Manager - Permanent Role

Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of projects valued between £5m-£7m, such as schools and extensions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values quality, collaboration, and the benefits of working locally.

• Deliver projects independently, ensuring programme, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain progress and compliance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth delivery.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and provide regular progress reports.

• Previous experience as a Site Manager with a national contractor or similar.
• Proven ability to run projects such as schools or school extensions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes and health & safety regulations.

• Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum.
• Car Allowance: £5,000.
