This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Depot Manager located in Cardiff. The Depot Manager will oversee daily operations, manage stock, coordinate the depot team, and ensure smooth logistics. Responsibilities include maintaining health and safety standards, prioritising customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency. The role also involves supervising equipment maintenance, ensuring the depot meets quality and productivity goals, and providing leadership and support to team members.

• Proficiency in Stock Management to ensure accurate inventory and smooth supply chain processes.
• Strong skills in Operations Management, including workflow optimisation and efficient depot management.
• Experience in Team Management to motivate, lead, and support a team towards common goals.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to provide a high‑quality experience for clients and address their needs effectively.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, with strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous experience in plant and tool hire, logistics, or similar industry is highly advantageous.
