A market leading FMCG group with category leading status is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to lead its branded business across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Operating across Europe and North America, the group combines industrial scale with a strong focus on brand-led growth, sustainability, and long-term value creation. The UK and ROI represent two of its most strategic and competitive markets.

The role will carry full accountability for the Brand P&L and responsibility for driving revenue growth, profitability, brand equity, and customer strategy. With a market-leading position in key categories and clear ambitions for expansion, the successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the next phase of growth.

The successful candidate will define and execute a value-led commercial and marketing strategy, lead senior-level relationships with major retailers, and ensure disciplined delivery across pricing, portfolio, trade investment, and activation. They will lead and develop a high-performing, multifunctional team and bring strong commercial acumen, proven FMCG experience, and the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
