Field Service Engineer (HGV/Gritters) – Cardiff

£40,000 + (OTE 70k) + Overtime (1.5x) + Company Van (D2D) + Diagnostic Tools + Extensive Training + On Call Bonus + Career Progression

• Maintain, repair, and diagnose faults in state-of-the-art winter maintenance vehicles.
• Ensure vehicles operate at peak performance.
• Provide breakdown support during the winter months.
• Prepare fleets for operation during the summer.
• Work independently while being backed by a team that prioritizes quality and employee success.

• Maintain, repair, and optimize winter maintenance vehicles
• Provide expert fault diagnosis and breakdown support
• Seasonal focus on fleet preparation and on-site maintenance

• Experienced in servicing and maintenance of HGV or PSV vehicles
• Preferably hold a Class 2 license or equivalent
• Based in Cardiff or easily commutable to
