Mitie Landscapes, the UK’s leading facilities management company, is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operator to work in partnership with Canal & River Trust to maintain the nation’s canals, rivers and associated ecosystems.
Responsibilities- Maintain the canal network, including grass cutting and hedge cutting.
- Provide management with relevant information and report any site hazards.
- Operate all vehicles, machinery and equipment in accordance with Health & Safety procedures.
- Undertake training as and when required.
- A passion for working outdoors.
- Prepared to work in an agile and flexible environment.
- A good understanding of smartphone technology.
- Experience in grounds maintenance.
- Full driving licence.
- Competitive rates of pay.
