YardBranch Assistant

We are actively looking to appoint a Yard/Branch Assistant to join the newly formed team in Cardiff. If you are a hardworking flexible individual who can work as part of a small team and provide excellent customer service then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

In this role as a Yard/Branch Assistant some of the duties involve:

• Providing customers with product and service information
• Pick customer orders accurately
• Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles using a forklift truck
• Process orders accurately within a time dictated by the customer deadline
• Serve customers on the trade counter when required
• Daily friendly customer interactions

You will come to us with:

• Excellent communication skills and some customer service skills
• Literacy & Numeracy
• A hardworking & helpful individual willing to be trained in all aspects of our operation
• An understanding of Health & Safety in a work environment
• Forklift truck licence
