About the role

Mitie is looking for a Cleaner who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Contract: Part Time
Type: Permanent
Hours: 10 hours per week
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Location: Mitie Cleaning and Environmental, Caron House, 3 Oak Tree Court, Cardiff Gate Business Park, Cardiff, Wales, CF23 8RS

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service

• Ability to communicate and read basic English
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
• Open, honest, self‑driven, and determined attitude
