They are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to manage a caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering an efficient and client focused service.

• Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
• Preparing and reviewing contracts and related legal documentation
• Ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal procedures
• Managing deadlines and maintaining accurate case records

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer CLC
• Proven experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently
• Good IT skills, including case management systems
• High attention to detail and a professional approach
