A growing national Corporate team is strengthening its Cardiff presence and is looking for a driven Corporate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join them at an exciting point in their expansion. With a strong national footprint and increasing demand in Wales, the Cardiff team is taking on more strategic projects and high value transactions than ever. Their client base is broad and diverse, including international organisations, PLCs, SMEs, high growth companies, and technology led businesses.

Clients value the team's ability to cut through complexity and provide solutions that genuinely support commercial goals.

The work is varied, fast paced, and intellectually engaging which is ideal for someone who wants to broaden their experience while developing deeper specialisms.

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Disposals and investments
• Corporate and tax restructuring and simplifications
• Corporate governance
• Private equity
• Equity capital markets
• Shareholder arrangements
• Strategic corporate projects
• Venture, growth, and development capital
• Employee ownership trusts

• 3+ years' PQE + in Corporate law
• Strong transactional experience and the confidence to manage matters with appropriate support
• A commercial mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with clients
• A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing office
• Ambition to develop your career within a forward thinking, nationally connected Corporate practice
