TSR Legal has recently been instructed by a well-regarded national law firm who are currently looking to add an additional 4+PQE Real Estate Solicitor to join the expanding Property department based in Cardiff.

Our client’s Real Estate Property department is renowned for its high level of advice and service, having extensive experience with a broad range of Property matters, including landlord and tenant, lease renewals, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and disposals of leaseholder properties, as well as property portfolio management.

To be considered for this role, our client requires a candidate with knowledge of handling a broad range of commercial property matters in their training contract.
