Paralegal – Clinical Negligence, Cardiff

We are currently recruiting for a talented Paralegal to join our award winning Clinical Negligence team in Cardiff. Dealing with a variety of complex cases that stem from misdiagnoses or failure to diagnose such as spinal injury, brain injury, along with surgical errors and incorrect treatment, our team is highly ranked within Chambers and the Legal 500, whilst also winning individual awards for their work on high profile cases.

• Support fee earners in working on a variety of matters in Clinical Negligence, such as obstetrics, orthopaedics, brain and spinal injury, and misdiagnosis.
• Manage disclosure, instructions and funding details.

• Hybrid working – 2 days per week working in the office (must live a reasonable distance to commute to the office)
• 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday
