TSR Legal are pleased to be working on behalf of a well-established local law firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer (3+ years PQE) to join their small, close-knit team.

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently, dealing with approximately 20 new instructions per month. The work is entirely local, with no panel involvement and no volume conveyancing.

Matters will typically include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• General residential property matters

The emphasis is very much on client care, accuracy, and relationships, rather than throughput.

The firm offers a supportive, collaborative working environment, with a genuinely friendly and experienced team. As a smaller practice, everyone plays a key role, and workloads are kept at a sensible and manageable level.

There are no targets, and autonomy and trust are core to how the firm operates.

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
• 3+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Comfortable running a caseload independently
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Looking for a long-term role within a traditional, local firm
