Real Estate Finance Solicitor / Associate (2-4 PQE) – Cardiff. A top 100 UK law firm is seeking a 2-4 PQE Solicitor or Associate to join its dynamic Real Estate Finance team. The role involves advising lenders and borrowers on property-related loans, development finance, acquisitions, and refinancing. Clients include major banks, challenger lenders, and private individuals. Ideal for candidates with real estate finance experience or exposure through broader commercial property work.

• Advise across the full spectrum of real estate finance transactions
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and build expertise
• Engage in business development and cross-team referrals

• 2-4 years PQE
• Experience in real estate finance or commercial property with finance exposure
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• Commercially minded, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Excellent relationship-building and teamwork capabilities
