We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our thriving Corporate & Private Equity team in Cardiff or London.
Working within the Corporate & Private Equity team:
The team’s main focus is on M&A and Private Equity transactions; we handle complex and high‑value matters and serve clients across the UK and internationally.
What are we looking for?
We’re seeking a driven and experienced corporate lawyer with up‑to‑date expertise in corporate transactions and private equity.
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ post‑qualification experience, confident working on complex and diverse deals, and a collaborative team player.

Qualifications- Qualified Solicitor
- At least 5 years’ post‑qualification experience
- Experience in complex corporate transactions and private equity deals
- Collaborative team player, confident on complex deals
- Support M&A and private equity deals across UK and international clients
- Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and clients on deal strategy
- Maintain high‑value client relationships and provide legal advice
