We champion varied and dynamic learning experiences, from independent discovery through our Learning Management System where COps explore our app, products, and tools, to engaging, supportive workshops and live delivery sessions that embed foundational knowledge.
Your role is to act as the crucial link between our central L&D function and our global training sites. You'll champion consistency in our learning strategy worldwide, while deeply understanding and supporting the unique nuances and cultural contexts of each global location. Your expertise will ensure our training is not just effective, but universally relevant and consistently high quality.
When you're not forging strong international partnerships, you'll be driving the adoption of best practices, proactively identifying learning needs specific to global sites, and ensuring our global training environment operates safely and effectively.
- Working with the Design Lead to ensure all learning materials are effectively created and adapted for our global partners, accounting for local needs and contexts.
- Ensuring global sites operate a well-managed L&D risk environment
, meticulously maintaining completion records, upholding robust version control, overseeing accreditation processes, and ensuring strong standards are consistently met. - Working with the Delivery Lead to ensure annual accreditations are maintained across all global sites, ensuring ongoing compliance and quality.
- Understanding new products and changes landing in global sites
, proactively ensuring that appropriate training solutions and effective embedding strategies are considered and implemented. - Maintaining strong working relationships with global training leadership
, fostering collaboration and ensuring consistency in learning strategy and execution across all sites. - Proactively partner with Global L&D and Operations to ensure learning interventions directly support key business performance metrics and operational goals.
- Championing the continuous development of local training teams
, supporting upskilling programs, train-the-trainer initiatives, and knowledge sharing across sites. - Harness learning and performance data to drive insights
, continuously improving learning effectiveness and evidencing impact on operational performance. - Playing a key role in evolving our global learning ecosystem
