Head of Digital Portfolio

The International Baccalaureate (IB) is undergoing a major digital transformation to reshape its digital ecosystem and enable our global learning community to thrive in the age of AI. This role plays a critical part in ensuring IB's digital transformation strategy is translated into disciplined execution across the organization.

As Head of Digital Portfolio, you will play a pivotal leadership role at the heart of this transformation. Operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and communication, you will ensure alignment, momentum, and impact across the full digital portfolio of the Digital & Data Office (approximately 200 people). You will act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Digital & Data Officer (CDDO) and serve as a member of the Digital & Data Office Senior Leadership Team.

This role requires strong digital transformation expertise, outstanding problem solving skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.
