We are hiring two Paid Media Specialists to join the Paid Media team. The role focuses on hands-on campaign management and optimisation across Paid Search and Paid Social, improving performance through structured testing, analysis and optimisation.
We are looking for technically capable practitioners who can diagnose campaign issues and drive measurable improvements in performance.
Location:
Cardiff CF10 (fully onsite, no hybrid)
Salary: £35,000–£50,000 DOE
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Schedule:
Flexitime between 6am and 8pm (no core hours)

EXPERIENCE RANGE
Paid Media Specialist (IC2)
* 1–3 years paid media experience
* Manages campaigns independently day-to-day
* Seeks input on larger tactical or structural changes
* Focus on execution and optimisation
Senior Paid Media Specialist (IC3)
* 3–5+ years Paid Media experience
* Identifies optimisation opportunities independently
* Proposes data-led improvements and testing approaches
* Provides technical guidance within the team
ESSENTIAL CANDIDATE CRITERIA
Paid Media Experience
* Hands-on campaign management experience across both Paid Search and Paid Social (candidates may specialise more heavily in one channel).
Relevant platforms typically include:
* Google Ads
* Microsoft Ads
* Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
* Tik Tok or other paid social platforms
Performance Capability
Candidates should demonstrate:
* Strong analytical ability using campaign data
* Experience improving CPA, ROAS or conversion efficiency
* Structured optimisation and testing approaches
* Ability to diagnose performance issues such as targeting inefficiencies, rising CPCs or declining conversion rates
* Confidence explaining optimisation decisions and trade-offs
Soft Skills
Candidates should demonstrate:
* Structured, analytical problem solving
* Evidence-led optimisation decisions
* Organised campaign management
* Effective collaboration with marketing, SEO and creative teams
* Comfort working in fast-paced performance environments
