Shaun is the IT Support and Training Technician for Harper James. He provides technical support, development and implementation of new IT systems alongside providing staff training.
Shaun joined Harper James in 2020 and has 20 years experience in IT support and helpdesk management, primarily for The University of Sheffield.
Before joining us he managed IT services for a national charity, supporting a remote team of Social Workers, and office based staff, across 5 sites.
Outside of work, Shaun is a keen weightlifter and holds multiple qualifications in Strength and Conditioning with Olympic Weightlifting, and is a Cross Fit Level 1 trainer.
Shaun is also an avid boardgame player and spends weekends navigating various worlds and wonders.
