Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re recruiting a eCommerce Manager to join a fast-growing eCommerce agency working with ambitious brands. You will create strategic roadmaps, manage client relationships, and guide delivery from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with product, development and delivery teams to design solutions that align with business goals and long-term growth. This Solution Specialist role sits at the centre of strategy, technology and client success.

What you’ll be doing

As eCommerce Manager, you’ll lead strategic discovery and planning across a portfolio of clients. You’ll run workshops and working sessions to understand business models, objectives, challenges and opportunities. You’ll translate insight into structured, prioritised roadmaps that connect commercial goals with delivery plans.

You’ll work closely with product managers, developers and delivery teams to shape solutions from the earliest stages. This includes defining requirements, guiding technical direction, and ensuring priorities are clear, realistic and value-driven.

You’ll manage client communication, align stakeholders, and set clear expectations across delivery. You’ll stay involved from strategy through to execution, ensuring what’s delivered matches what’s been agreed and delivers meaningful business impact. This role blends strategy, roadmap ownership, solution design and long-term client partnership into one integrated position.

What experience you’ll need
  • Experience in eCommerce strategy, product, digital delivery or solution-focused roles.
  • Prior experience working in an eCommerce Manager position would be ideal.
  • Background working in complex digital, technology-led or agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital commerce ecosystems.
  • Experience leading discovery, workshops and roadmap planning.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured, practical technical solutions.
  • Confidence working with developers, product teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Clear communication, strong organisation and commercial awareness.
  • Strategic thinking with attention to delivery detail.
What you’ll get in return for your experience

This eCommerce Manager role offers a remote-first working model with a flexible approach to collaboration. You’ll join a progressive agency environment focused on long-term value, quality delivery and sustainable growth. The salary on offer is up to £55k (potentially more for the perfect candidate). You’ll gain exposure to complex eCommerce programmes, long-term client partnerships, and the opportunity to shape how digital commerce solutions are designed and delivered.
