A leading global IT company in London is looking for a Japanese Speaking IT Helpdesk Engineer. The successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd level IT support, manage cases, and liaise with vendors. This position is office-based, with a salary up to £35,000 per annum plus travel expenses.
