Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role based out of our Cardiff office.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening our customer journey by designing and embedding structured project management processes, workflows, and control points.
Working closely with technical and operational teams, you’ll lead projects through a clear and lifecycle, ensuring consistency, accountability, and effective risk management. This role blends hands‑on delivery with the development of the frameworks that enable projects to run smoothly and be completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to established frameworks and all projects are delivered on time and aligned with customer expectations.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets using formal project management methodologies.
- Establish clear control points, approval gates, and escalation paths to ensure predictable and consistent delivery.
- Embed new workflows across teams by assigning responsibilities, ensuring consistent adoption, and leading cross‑department meetings to maintain alignment and surface risks early.
- Own the onboarding process for all new customers, ensuring a structured and predicable experience.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing clear communication, structured updates, and proactive issue management.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile)
- Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proven ability to identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMP, Scrum Master) management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMP, Scrum Master)
- Experience with in cybersecurity, managed services, or consultancy environment
