  • Provide technical support and helpdesk assistance for software, systems, and related issues when required.
  • Diagnose, resolve, and elevate system incidents efficiently, including urgent or business-critical issues.
  • Maintain accurate system, configuration, and change documentation for future support and maintenance.
  • Prepare reports on system performance, usage, and support metrics.
  • Assist with system migrations, integrations, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to the business
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and support ad-hoc duties as required by management.
What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an IT or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with providing first and second line support is preferable.
  • A technical understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Office 365.
  • Willingness to work with, diagnose problems with and install various software packages.
  • Practical experience of a relevant programming language and relational databases.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good organisational, problem-solving and analytical and technical skills
  • Confident in handling queries, request and calls from all colleagues.

    Self-motivated, proactive and hard working.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels.
  • Excellent general IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Strong knowledge of database management and system administration.
  • Familiarity with system integrations (APIs, web services) and third-party tool integrations.
  • Understanding of IT security and data protection principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Team player.
What you'll receive:
