IManage Trainer

Job Title - iManage Trainer (German Speaking)

Location - United Kingdom (must be UK-based)

We are seeking an experienced iManage Trainer to deliver high-quality training and support for iManage Work and related applications. The role requires fluency in German and English and involves working with legal and professional services users across the UK and German-speaking regions. You’ll play a key role in driving user adoption, best practice, and effective use of iManage systems.

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions on iManage Work and related tools
• Provide training in German and English, tailored to different user groups and skill levels
• Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, quick reference documents, and e-learning content
• Support onboarding of new users and rollout of new features or upgrades
• Work closely with IT, Knowledge Management, and Business Services teams to align training with business needs
• Offer floor-walking, drop-in sessions, and one-to-one coaching as required
• Gather user feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery
• Act as a subject matter expert on iManage best practices and workflows

• Proven experience delivering training on iManage Work (essential)
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
• Experience training users in a legal or professional services environment (highly desirable)
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language
• Confident working with users at all levels, from new joiners to senior stakeholders
• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Experience with iManage Cloud
• Familiarity with document management best practices in law firms
• Experience creating e-learning or digital training content
