A prominent health service provider is seeking an IT Service Desk Apprentice to assist in delivering effective IT services. The apprentice will support over 15,000 staff members with IT requests and issues, requiring good communication skills and customer service experience. This fixed-term role aims to lead to a Foundation Apprenticeship in Digital Application Support. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English, and a passion for working in IT.
