• Own day‑to‑day performance of paid search channels, delivering and scaling campaigns.
• Apply technical judgment across bidding strategy, keyword structure, and pacing.
• Manage and optimise significant budgets, ensuring commercial risk is mitigated.
• Define and execute structured testing strategies to improve conversion and ROI.
• Diagnose performance issues methodically, spotting intent drift or auction pressure.
• Analyse performance using GA4 and Looker Studio to surface insight and opportunity.
• Collaborate with SEO, Content and Design to enhance landing page and user experience.
• Represent paid search in cross‑team discussions, providing clear, evidence‑led perspective.
• Contribute to documentation, best practice and knowledge sharing across the paid media team.

• ~5 years experience in paid media within a commercial, performance‑led environment.
• At least 23 years of experience operating at a senior or equivalent level.
• Proven ownership of paid search performance end‑to‑end.
• Strong technical expertise in Google Ads (and preferably Microsoft Ads).
• Experience managing significant budgets and commercial risk.
• Confidence explaining performance, trade‑offs and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Structured, calm approach to optimisation in fast‑moving environments.
• Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising certifications a plus.
• Experience with automation, scripts or AI‑driven optimisation tools a plus.

• £40,000‑£50,000 base salary, DOE.
• Annual pay review.
