H&B Supplies is one of the leading distributors of branded fragrances in the UK. With 35 employees, our staff teams work across the Office and Warehouse functions.
22.5 hours per week across 3 days. Salary: circa £40,000 pa (pro rata).
Responsibilities- All aspects of recruiting to include writing job adverts, sourcing candidates, interviewing and onboarding
- Review and implement HR Policies and Staff Handbook
- Act as primary contact for employee enquiries, conflict resolution and performance management
- Co-ordinate and administer data for payroll in liaison with Finance Manager
- Manage performance review processes, annual leave, and sickness absence
- Monitor employee engagement initiatives and organise training courses
- CIPD qualified to Level 5 with at least 3 years experience in similar HR generalist role
- Strong understanding of human resources principles and application of employment law
- Excellent interpersonal and communicatiin skills
- Confident handling of sensitive and confidential matters
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
