.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career within education recruitment, working with schools and education professionals across the region.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education staff
• Source, interview, and place education professionals into suitable roles
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to placement
• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Work towards targets in a fast-paced, supportive environment

• Experience in sales or recruitment is an advantage (but not essential)
• A genuine passion for education
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop within a professional environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
