• Work in a lively, international office-based role in Cardiff.
• Speak German every day with candidates from the German market.
• Learn recruitment skills on the job – no prior experience needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues who speak 12+ different languages in the office.

• Connect with candidates via databases, social media, and job boards.
• Build relationships and create a great candidate experience.
• Support our recruitment consultants with projects and applications.
• Write job ads in German and coordinate communication with candidates.

• International environment with lots of languages and cultures.
• Flexi-time and flexible working hours.
• Working arrangement:
  This is a fully on-site role in Cardiff for those starting your recruitment career.

• Uncapped commission: £30,000 OTE.
