• Work in a lively, international office-based role in Cardiff

• Speak German every day with candidates from the German market.
• Learn recruitment skills on the job - no prior experience needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues who speak 12+ different languages in the office.

What you’ll do:

• Connect with candidates via databases, social media, and job boards.
• Build relationships and create a great candidate experience.
• Support our recruitment consultants with projects and applications.
• Write job ads in German and coordinate communication with candidates.
