As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will identify, attract, and guide property professionals and aspiring agents, delivering a professional and engaging recruitment experience that reflects the Spicerhaart brand.
In this hands‑on role, you will also build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and branch managers, working closely to create high‑performing teams across the UK. From first contact to onboarding, you will manage the recruitment process end‑to‑end, ensuring every candidate and colleague experiences excellence.

- Conducting initial screening calls and telephone interviews
- Headhunting and sourcing talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, branch managers, and all other colleagues within Spicerhaart
- Responding to all candidates, and giving them the best recruitment experience possible
- Arranging and scheduling both face to face, and virtual interviews
- Advertising all vacancies using the relevant job boards
- Arranging and participating in UK wide recruitment events, assessment days, and job fairs
- Build relationships with external agencies to work together on those hard‑to‑fill roles
- Strong customer service skills are essential
- A team player, with experience in creating and maintaining relationships with your colleagues
- Experience of managing your own workload
- Diary management
- Recruitment experience, or experience within the property industry is desirable but not essential
- The ability to make others feel comfortable, confident, and instil a sense of “trustworthiness” at all levels of the business
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong administrative skills
- Self‑motivated and driven to achieve personal KPI’s
- Willingness to learn and be involved in team projects
- Demonstrate respect for equality of opportunity and diversity
