As a Senior 360 Contract Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Take ownership of a brand‑new contract desk and build it out, leveraging existing client relationships.
• Place high‑value contract roles across the Construction and Engineering sectors.
• Play a pivotal role in developing processes, best practices, and shaping the contract function.
• Work in a collaborative, performance‑driven environment with significant growth ambitions.

We are seeking ambitious recruiters who want more than “just another desk” and are motivated by the chance to build something of their own.

You will bring:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in 360° Contract recruitment within Construction/Engineering.
• A proven track record of billing success and client relationship management.
• A proactive, consultative approach with the drive to make an impact.
