The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join the Global People Team in this newly created position, reporting into the Global Talent Manager. The incumbent will partner with People Business Partners and Internal / External stakeholders across all of the IB’s international offices to provide a high quality recruitment service which is flexible, cost effective, focused on business need and delivered with enthusiasm.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the Global Talent Manager, another Talent Acquisition Specialist and two Talent Development Specialists to coordinate and deliver a holistic program to help IB achieve its ambition of becoming an organization that ‘optimizes its way of working to empower talented colleagues to do great work’.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with Global and Regional colleagues across the organisation to provide a full Talent Acquisition offer including the sourcing of high quality talent for the IB population across multiple disciplines in addition to managing own tasks and projects.
