Hybrid | Cardiff HQ (3 days in office)
We’re expanding the Tech team at Yolk and hiring experienced 360 recruiters who want proper ownership, pace and the chance to build something that actually feels like theirs.
- Permanent consultants (junior–mid and experienced)
- One experienced contract biller who knows how to run a book properly
All roles are full 360. This is not a resourcing-heavy setup. You’ll have autonomy, support where it matters, and clear room to grow your own vertical.

What you’ll be doing:
- Running the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
- Building and owning a tech vertical
- Winning and developing client relationships across start-ups and established brands
- Managing your own desk strategy, pipeline and delivery
- Working closely with a supportive, ambitious team that expects results but trusts you to deliver
Who we’re looking for:
Permanent consultants
- Junior to mid-level 360 recruiters who want support, training and a clear route into senior roles
- Experienced perm recruiters who can step in and run their own tech vertical from day one
Contract consultant
- A proven contract biller who understands pace, margin, compliance and contractor management
- Someone confident in developing new business and growing tech accounts
- Comfortable running a contract book with minimal hand-holding
Across all roles
- Agency 360 recruitment experience (essential for contract)
- Strong sales and business development capability>
Comfortable owning your workload and desk performance - Experience in tech, or a genuine interest in moving into it
