As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will identify, attract, and guide property professionals and aspiring agents, delivering a professional and engaging recruitment experience that reflects the Spicerhaart brand.
In this hands‑on role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and branch managers, working closely to create high‑performing teams across the UK. From first contact to onboarding, you will manage the recruitment process end‑to‑end, ensuring every candidate and colleague experiences excellence.
The benefits of being a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Cardiff- Complete on‑target earnings exceeding £35,000+ per year
- Basic salary of £22,500, increasing to £25,000 upon completion of probation

- Conduct initial screening calls and telephone interviews
- Headhunt and source talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, branch managers, and all other colleagues within Spicerhaart
- Respond to all candidates, giving them the best recruitment experience possible
- Arrange and schedule face‑to‑face and virtual interviews
- Advertise all vacancies using relevant job boards
- Arrange and participate in UK‑wide recruitment events, assessment days, and job fairs
- Build relationships with external agencies to work together on hard‑to‑fill roles
- Strong customer service skills
- A team player, with experience in creating and maintaining relationships with colleagues
- Experience managing your own workload
- Diary management
- Recruitment experience, or experience within the property industry is desirable but not essential
- The ability to make others feel comfortable, confident, and instil a sense of trustworthiness at all levels of the business
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong administrative skills
- Self‑motivated and driven to achieve personal KPIs
- Willingness to learn and be involved in team projects
- Demonstrate respect for equality of opportunity and diversity
