Casual Conference & Events Worker

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven individual to join our Conference & Banqueting team. • To deliver outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their experience is seamless and memorable.
• To ensure that Company standards and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times.
• To ensure that the Health, Safety & Hygiene policies of the hotel are adhered to at all times.
• To ensure a smooth service delivery within the Banqueting function is delivered to at all times.
• To be fully knowledgeable of menu, layout of room and service product.
• To adhere to and actively promote the Spirit to Serve concept.
• To set-up and ensure function room layout is to the customers specification.
• To be flexible in approach and to adapt to suit customer needs.
• To carry out all reasonable requests given by a shift leader, supervisor or Manager.
• To ensure that all billing procedures are carried out promptly and correctly to avoid any loss of revenue.
• To deal with any customer complaints, and refer any outside of his/her area of responsibility to the Banquet & Events Manager, Conference and Banqueting Team Leader/ Duty Manager or Operations Manager.
