Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, linen rooms, and cupboards, ensuring every space is spotless and inviting.

  • Adhere to high cleaning standards and presentation guidelines for all room categories.
  • Promptly report any damages or breakages to keep everything in top‑notch condition.
  • Return all equipment to their designated storerooms at the end of each day, keeping work areas tidy and efficient.

Ideal Candidate
  • Has previous experience in a similar role and understands the importance of attention to detail in housekeeping.
  • Is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and takes pride in delivering clean and well‑maintained guest rooms and public areas.
  • Is a team player who is reliable, punctual and able to work collaboratively with others.
  • Possesses excellent time management skills and can prioritize tasks to ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard within the allocated time frame.
  • Is physically fit and able to carry out the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Has good communication skills and is able to work effectively with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
  • Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Is familiar with health and safety regulations and has a good understanding of the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Has a good eye for detail and can spot areas that need extra attention, such as stains or damaged items.
