Pay:
Hourly rate £12.60 + £4.80–£5.50 per hour in Tronc (on average)

In addition to your standard hourly wage, you’ll receive a share of Tronc, which is 100% distributed to the team.

As Host Supervisor, you’ll be leading that first impression, managing the flow of bookings, supporting the host team, and helping deliver the calm, confident welcome we’re known for.

You’ll have experience working in restaurant reservations or guest‑facing hospitality roles, ideally with knowledge of Seven Rooms or a similar system. You’re sharp, organised, and computer‑savvy, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You know how to keep cool under pressure and problem‑solve on the fly, all while keeping guests happy and your team supported.

This is a full‑time, people‑focused role where you’ll be part of a tight‑knit team who loves what they do and takes real pride in their work. You’ll support the Host Manager in training new team members, help guide smooth services, and play a big part in shaping the front‑of‑house atmosphere.
