Overview
As an Evidence & Knowledge Analyst, you will work as part of a supportive team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality public health evidence and helping promote its effective use. The role involves working with senior colleagues to produce and share evidence products for a range of stakeholders across Wales.
Responsibilities- Contribute to Evidence Service projects and high quality evidence synthesis products
- Assist with evidence scoping, and the development of literature search methodologies
- Acting as a first point of contact for stakeholder evidence queries
- Communicate complex research findings in various formats
- Collaborate with colleagues across Public Health Wales and wider networks
- Contribute to the development of resources, including web content
- Assist with training, induction, and promotional activities for the Evidence Service
- The ability to speak Welsh is desirable;
Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply - Full-time position based in Capital Quarter 2, Cardiff; role may be based in Public Health Wales NHS Trust offices
- Understanding of public health evidence and the ability to communicate findings to diverse audiences
- Experience with evidence synthesis, literature searching, and stakeholder engagement is desirable
The salary scale shown is for a full-time member of staff, with the amount being adjusted pro rata for those working less than 37.5 hours per week. The position is full time and will be based in our Public Health Wales NHS Trust offices in Capital Quarter 2, Cardiff.
