Hours:

Full‑time, mix of days and night shifts – 39 hours per week (Sunday‑Monday rota; days 13 hours, nights 11.5 hours)

Payrate: £18 – £21 per hour (depending on experience)

Qualifications:

NMC PIN – RGN / RMN

• Assess each resident's physical, psychological and social needs; develop a care plan that considers the individual's lifestyle, gender and background.
• Continuously evaluate care needs with other members of the nursing team and ensure care plans and records remain up‑to‑date and accurate.
• Provide clear communication about the ageing process and its impact on health and lifestyle.
• Conduct daily visits to assess individual needs, assisting service users to maximise comfort, dignity and independence and to create a supportive environment.
• Lead a multi‑disciplinary shift team, supervising staff in all respects (orientation of new staff, appraisal, training, development, duty organisation, guidance, support, monitoring and performance evaluation).

We are fortunate to have a full multi‑disciplinary team (MDT) as part of our core team at Ivolve, including Advanced Practitioners trained in Manual Handling, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Positive Behavioural Management (PBM) and Fundamentals of Care. We also have Speech and Language Therapists (SALTs) and access to a Consultant Psychiatrist, Neuro‑Psychologist and assistant Psychologists.

Salary: £18.36 – £20 per hour (depending on experience)
