A supportive care service provider in Cardiff is looking for an experienced Support Worker to assist young people aged 16 to 21 in supported accommodation. You will support individuals with complex needs, including trauma and mental health issues, using a trauma-informed approach. The role is permanent, with 36 hours per week, and requires a full driving license. An induction program and various benefits, including training and health plans, are provided.
