Lead Night Nurse

  • £43,0000 - £46,000 per annum

Neat Sourcing is looking for a Registered Mental Health or Learing Disabilities Nurse for a leading independent mental health provider is join their team. The role involves night shifts from 19:30 to 07:45, working 37.5 hours per week.

This modern treatment facility offers a safe, therapeutic, and homely environment for individuals with complex mental health needs. The site includes a range of high-quality clinical and therapeutic spaces such as secure outdoor areas, therapy rooms, and facilities designed to support rehabilitation and recovery. Care is delivered by an experienced multi-disciplinary team using personalised, evidence-based approaches.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working as part of a compassionate, patient-focused night team.
  • Supporting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
  • Carrying out routine tasks and activities to promote patient dignity, treatment, and wellbeing.
  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the night nursing team.
  • Acting as a positive role model by demonstrating the organisation's core values at all times.
  • Responding flexibly to the changing needs of the service.
  • Deputising for the Ward Manager when required, managing clinical and operational matters with confidence.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid NMC PIN.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar mental health or acute healthcare setting.
