Through tailored accommodation and support, we help residents maintain autonomy while ensuring access to the care and resources they need.
About the jobThe Housing with Care Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining an inclusive, supportive, and nurturing environment within Cardiff’s Housing with Care accommodation schemes for older persons and individuals with physical disabilities. This position requires a dedication to compassion and empathy, ensuring that residents’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs are prioritised and met with respect and dignity.
What We Are Looking For From YouA key aspect of the role is to work collaboratively with external care agencies to coordinate seamless and person-centred care, ensuring that every resident receives appropriate and timely support as their individual needs evolve.
The postholder should have strong leadership, foster independence and wellbeing, and work effectively with staff, residents, families, partner agencies, and building management teams to create a vibrant and welcoming community. You should have a compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
